Aimesh creates and manages one active user API key at a time per account. You are responsible for activity performed with your account and user API key. You must not share access in ways that violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Billing may use stacked subscription credits, PAYG balance, or both, depending on your account state and chosen billing method. Manual payment requests, PromptPay transfers, and uploaded slips are only applied after admin review. Approved PAYG top-ups currently credit the same numeric amount into PAYG balance as the approved THB transfer amount in the app flow.
You must not use Aimesh for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, credential sharing intended to bypass pricing or limits, attempts to attack or degrade the service, or any use that violates upstream provider rules. You must not attempt to extract provider secrets or bypass rate limits, billing guards, or other protections.
Aimesh may suspend, rate limit, or terminate access when abuse, non-payment, security risk, or policy violations are detected. Features, pricing behavior, limits, and these Terms may be updated over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
